1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 cup water
2 T oil
2 T cream of tartar
beet, carrot and or spinach juice

Mix dry ingredients. Slowly add oil and water. Cook over low to medium heat stirring constantly. When dough is still take off stove. Let cool. Knead dough until it feels like play dough. Knead in spinach juice for green, carrot juice for orange and/or beet juice for pink. http://www.legendsandlore.com/craft.html
